How far back can I import step data?
There's no limit. If you have 5+ years of Fitbit step history in your Google Takeout, you can convert and import all of it to Garmin Connect.

I only use your Google account to identify you. I do not access your Fitbit data, your Google Drive, or anything else — just your name and email.

Your selected date and time zone affect day boundaries. Check a small range when records near midnight appear on an adjacent day.
If Garmin Connect already has step data for a day, Garmin gives its existing record precedence and may ignore the imported total.
