Privacy Notice
Your data, handled with care
We process only the data required to run TrackerSync, and we never sell personal data.
What we collect
We collect only the information you choose to share (for example through the contact form: name, email, message). Conversion files are processed solely to generate your requested output.
How we use it
We use data only to run conversions, reply to support requests, keep the service reliable, and prevent abuse.
Retention and sharing
We keep data only for as long as necessary to operate the service and provide support. We do not sell your data. Essential service providers may process data strictly to deliver TrackerSync.
Optional measurement and cookies
Google Analytics 4 is optional and stays off until you choose Analytics in the cookie settings. If you choose Marketing, the Google Ads tag measures completed Google Ads conversions only. It receives no identity, filename, file content, health data, value, currency, personalization, or audience data. We also keep first-party operational records to run and protect TrackerSync; these are not shared with advertisers.
Your optional measurement choices
You can accept, reject, or change Analytics and Marketing whenever you like — via the floating Cookie settings button in the bottom corner or the one in the footer. Withdrawing either choice reloads the page so already loaded optional resources stop running.
Optional preferences (signed-in users)
Once you sign in, you may opt in to two optional preferences: (1) receiving occasional emails from us about TrackerSync, and (2) being invited to test new features as a beta tester (which may include raised usage limits, granted manually). Opting in to beta testing also asks for your country (region: Europe or North America) so we can plan beta cohorts geographically. Both opt-ins are off by default. You can review or change them at any time on your account settings page. Withdrawing consent immediately disables the corresponding flag; the timestamp of when you last updated your preferences is retained for audit purposes only and is never shared with third parties.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, or deletion of personal data connected to your support messages by contacting us.
Cookie Declaration
We set cookies needed to keep you signed in and protect the service from abuse. If you opt in to Analytics, Google Analytics may set the _ga and _ga_<container-id> cookies, which Google documents as lasting up to two years. If you opt in to Marketing, Google Ads may use first-party storage solely to measure completed conversions; it does not receive identity, filename, file content, health data, value, currency, personalization, or audience data.
